Artist Biography

Mackenzie Feltz is a Southern Ontario based photographer, currently enrolled in a two-year program for digital photography at Lambton College. This program has thoroughly taught him to use and handle professional photography equipment and how to properly execute a shoot from the first idea to finished photo. specializes in studio product shots for advertising and outdoor photography. His work has been published online and featured in the Lambton College Artist Collective at the Lawrence House in Sarnia, Ontario. Mackenzie is a key part of the Do It For Sarnia documentary film that is being produced in Lambton County, scheduled to be played at the local Imperial theatre in 2016. Mackenzie is inspired through his work and the scenery around him. When taking a photo he often will stop and study the things around him, and think what could’ make this shot interesting or unique. He often will go over his portfolio and review the photos and contemplate on how could this be improved and made more appealing to the viewers. What matters to Mackenzie is that people appreciate his work and efforts, but most importantly that he himself is proud of his outcome.
